Assistant Controller & HR Manager

Danuta is an accomplished professional serving as the HR Manager and Assistant Controller at Clearwater Capital Partners. She holds a B.A. from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, where she was also a proud member of the Phi Gamma Nu professional development organization.

With over 15 years of combined experience in accounting and HR, Danuta began her career with a mid-size mechanical contractor. She later made a successful transition to the M&A team in private equity, specializing in the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses. Her diverse skill set extends to leading significant company-wide initiatives, such as a payroll improvement project, the implementation of a new HCM platform, and various analytical assignments that effectively bridged the gap between human resources data and financial reporting.

Currently, Danuta leverages her unique blend of financial expertise and HR leadership to directly assist the CFO at Clearwater Capital Partners. Her role involves spearheading initiatives that align organizational goals with business growth.

Danuta, resides in Arlington Heights with her husband and two children, enjoys travel, is an avid hiker, and embraces family time, reading, and occasional knitting.
