Annual Form 5500 Filing: Friendly Reminder

Kevin G. Carani July 03, 2025

As your co-fiduciary partner, one of our ongoing priorities is to help you navigate important plan deadlines with confidence and ease. With the Form 5500 filing deadline for calendar-year plans approaching on July 31, we wanted to share a quick reminder.

If your plan year ended December 31, 2024, you’ve likely already received communication or instructions from your Third Party Administrator (TPA) regarding the filing of your Form 5500. In many cases, your filing may already be underway or completed. If you haven’t yet received confirmation or if you have questions about where things stand, please feel free to check in with your TPA or reach out to us directly.

Staying on top of annual filings like the Form 5500 is a key part of fulfilling your plan sponsor responsibilities, and we’re always here to support you every step of the way. As regulations evolve, you can count on our team to keep you informed and to help ensure your plan remains in good standing.

If you have any concerns or just want to double-check your filing status, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here for you!
