Danuta Garb

Danuta is an accomplished professional serving as the HR Manager and Assistant Controller at Clearwater Capital Partners. She holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, where she was also a proud member of the Phi Gamma Nu professional development organization.

With over 15 years of combined experience in accounting and HR, Danuta began her career with a mid-size mechanical contractor. She later made a successful transition to the M&A team in private equity, specializing in the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses. Her diverse skill set extends to leading significant company-wide initiatives, such as a payroll improvement project, the implementation of a new HCM platform, and various analytical assignments that effectively bridged the gap between human resources data and financial reporting.
